Many consumers assume hotels under the same brand/chain are all equal however this is not the case. Most hotel brands/chains have multiple hotel levels within their collections. These levels are based on the designated clientele being catered to, offering varying star level and amenities offered for each. These differing hotel types typically include luxury, economy, business, family, all adult, urban and resort. When picking a hotel, don’t rely on brand name alone. Choose the hotel type that offers the amenities you are looking for, or you’ll be very disappointed.
