Northern Ireland is made up of 6 counties and is the smallest of the United Kingdom countries. It’s well known for the Giant’s Causeway and the Causeway Coast which is a World Heritage Site. However, Northern Ireland is garnered more recent fame due to its Mourne Mountains which was the inspiration for the fictional land of Narnia. In addition to the beautiful scenery found here, history buffs will be delighted to discover that Northern Ireland is also home to fascinating archeological like the Beaghmore Stone circles.
