    Capital of the Sichuan province of China, Chengdu is an ancient city full of history, culture and intrigue. It is home to 2 World Heritage Sites as well as 2 Dual World Heritage Sites. Chengdu prides itself on historical and cultural preservation as evidenced by the collectively well known Wide and Narrow Alleys, Daci Temple and Wenshu Temple. Being home to the giant panda, Chengdu is family friendly with opportunities to meet them up close at the Chengdu Panda Base. And active travelers flock to Xiling Snow Mountain- open year round and home to 2 resorts offering a variety of outdoor sports. With so much to do, Chengdu is a must see and would make a perfect add on or primary trip to China.
