The allergy season is upon us and for those with food allergies the season never ends, making it difficult at times to travel. However, you don’t have to miss out on the pleasures of traveling if you take the right steps beforehand. Pack extra medication as well as carry a medical alert ID card/bracelet to alert medical professionals of your allergies. And lastly, research medical facilities at your destination that are equipped to handle your required emergent needs in case you need to seek help quickly.
