    Japan is an archipelago of over 6800 islands stretching approximately 1800 miles northeast to southwest (from Quebec to Key West). This long chain gives rise to varying climates from sub-arctic to sub-tropical however the majority of the islands have 4 distinct seasons much like the east coast of the US. This land of natural beauty is also home to 14 UNESCO Word Heritage Sites. With unchanged historic culture and high-tech moderness, Japan offers the best of both worlds.
