    The full disclosure regulation mandates that airlines disclose all potential fees on their websites including but not limited to baggage, meals, penalties for cancellations or changes, and advanced or upgraded seating. All government fees and taxes also must be included in all quotes. The airlines and ticket agents are now required to refer passengers to up-to-date baggage fee information before and after purchase. Lastly, there is a ban on post purchase fare increases unless due to government-imposed taxes or fees AND only if the passenger is notified of and agreed to the potential increase at the time of sale. It is important to note that all of these mandated fee disclosures can be done via hyperlink so you must read the fine print.
